House rules of Domek SPA
Sauna evening: 5:30–10:00 pm · up to 4 adults
1. What this place is for
- Domek SPA is a place to relax, slow down and recover — for guests looking for peace and rest.
- We do not host parties, birthdays or social gatherings. Please use the cottage in a way that keeps its atmosphere.
2. Number of guests
- The cottage is for up to 4 adults. Bringing in additional people is not allowed.
- We do not accept pets.
3. Alcohol, smoking and other substances
- Alcohol and other substances are strictly forbidden in and around the cottage, and smoking is not allowed inside the cottage.
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs may not use the sauna.
- Guests who drink alcohol will be asked to leave, with no refund of the payment or the deposit.
4. Using the sauna
- The sauna is dry and snug. Pouring large amounts of water on it, steam-bath (“Russian banya”) ceremonies, birch whisks, vigorous rituals and singing are not allowed. The cottage is made of wood — too much water can cause an electrical short circuit or a flood.
- Scrubs, face masks, cosmetic treatments and any substances that stain, leave residue or block drains are not allowed.
- Only a small amount of clean water may be poured on the stove — no oils, liquids or mixtures.
5. Tidiness and hygiene
- Please sit on towels and leave the cottage and the shower clean after your session.
- Any damage caused by improper use is covered by the guest.
6. Safety
- Open fire is strictly forbidden on the premises (candles, incense, burners, heaters etc.).
- There are two fire extinguishers in the cottage — please note where they are.
- Barbecues, bonfires and cooking are not possible during sauna evenings.
- You use the sauna at your own risk.
7. Booking, payment and acceptance of the rules
- Payment is made after we confirm your date, by the deadline given in the booking confirmation.
- Making the payment means full acceptance of these rules.
- An invoice is available on request. For a receipt issued in your name we need your address.
- Cancelling the visit or booking less than 48 hours before the date means the deposit and payment are forfeited.
- If any of the rules is not acceptable to you, just let us know in advance — the booking will be cancelled and the money returned.
- Guests who break the rules may be asked to leave the premises.
